Camtasia | - Not available remotely
- Alternative: QuickTime - Mac users can use QuickTime to capture video from their desktop and iOS devices (via Lightning Cable).
- Alternative: MacOS Mojave and later - If you're using macOS Mojave, just hit the keyboard shortcut Shift+⌘+5 and all the controls for capturing video and still images from your desktop will appear.
- Alternative: Xbox Game App - Windows 10 users can use the Game Bar to do some quick screen captures.

Matlab | - Licensing is available through Emory's Software Distribution. Go to https://it.emory.edu/software/ and select the 'Software Express' link. Then authenticate to the Products Page and use the mathworks.com/account student link to download and license MATLAB.

Mathematica | - Individual licenses and online access are available through Emory’s Software Distribution. Go to https://it.emory.edu/software/ and select the 'Software Express' link. Then authenticate to the Products Page and use the Wolfram Portal link for students to download and license Mathematica. There’s also a selection for registering your computer to use Mathematica Online.
